1.) I darkened it and I also adjusted the levels of the photo as well as used selective coloring. I used the dodge tool on her eyes to enhance the color of them. :)

When you edit umages, do you use selective color or other tool?

I sometimes use the leveling tool, selective color tool, and color balance. I kind of use a combination of that.
